Foreningen havde ofte set stigevognen ved tr\u00e6f og udstillinger, og den ville passe perfekt ind i den eksisterende samling af historiske brandk\u00f8ret\u00f8jer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"841\">Den 1. januar 2002 fik Drag\u00f8r en ny stigevogn, og Volvoen blev herefter taget ud af aktiv tjeneste. Dragsholm Brandv\u00e6rnsforening var hurtigt ude med et tilbud, og i marts 2002 kom den gode nyhed: foreningen kunne overtage stigevognen for <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"841\">15.000 kr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"949\">Allerede i 1999 var Volvoen blevet istandsat og nymalet, og den fremst\u00e5r derfor i dag flot og pr\u00e6sentabel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1192\">Stigevognen er bygget hos <strong data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1010\">Frederiksberg Karosserifabrik<\/strong> og blev leveret til <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1061\">T\u00e5rnby Kommunes Brandv\u00e6sen<\/strong> i slutningen af 1962. Her gjorde den tjeneste i omkring 20 \u00e5r, indtil den senere blev overtaget af <strong data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1191\">Drag\u00f8r Kommunes Brandv\u00e6sen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1540\">Stigen er en <strong data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1247\">Magirus DL fuldautomatisk drejestige<\/strong> med en maksimal udskudsl\u00e6ngde p\u00e5 <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1293\">25 meter<\/strong>. Ved en h\u00e6ldning p\u00e5 70 grader kan stigen belastes med op til <strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1365\">325 kg<\/strong>. Den kan dreje <strong data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1395\">360 grader<\/strong> rundt p\u00e5 sin skammel og betjenes fra en styrepult placeret bagest p\u00e5 stigevognen. Betjeningen kr\u00e6ver et grundigt kendskab og uddannet personale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1712\">I et brev dateret <strong data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1579\">2. februar 1963<\/strong> skriver brandinspekt\u00f8r <strong data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1616\">G.
